SISU-306 Advanced International Studies Research (3)


Topics vary by section. Application of research methods in international studies to an original research project. Rotating topics focus on a specific research methodology or a specific subject area. Methodologies covered include survey research methods, comparative case study analysis, game theory, discourse analysis, and ethnographic research methods. Areas include foreign policy, civil war and intervention, and nationalism. AU Core Integrative Requirement: Written Communication and Information Literacy II. Usually Offered: fall, spring, and summer. Not repeatable for credit. Grading: A-F only. Prerequisite: SISU-206  and completion of Writing and Information Literacy I  requirement.
