Topics vary by section, may be repeated for credit with different topic. Rotating topics in art historical fields include medieval art, Renaissance/Baroque art, Nineteenth to Twentieth Century European art, American contemporary art, and Asian art. Critical discussion of readings followed by reports and research papers. Usually offered every spring. Prerequisite: five art history courses or permission of instructor.
