An introduction to exploratory data analysis and modeling, using the statistical package R, including data structures, graphics, and function programming. Usually offered every spring. Prerequisite: STAT-515  or STAT-520  or equivalent. Note: Students should consult the department for advice and placement testing for appropriate mathematics and statistics courses.
