GOVT-431 Watergate: A Constitutional Crisis

(3)

Watergate threatened the very foundations of our constitutional government. Despite a corrupt presidency, other vital institutions of American democracy, including a free press, came to the rescue. Aimed at a generation not born until decades after President Richard Nixon's resignation, this course is designed to inspire students to learn more about a crucial chapter in U.S. history. Meets with GOVT-631 . Usually offered every fall. Prerequisite: minimum 2.5 GPA.
