Taken in the fall and spring semesters of the first year of the MBA program, this course helps students develop clarity around their long-term career goals through extensive self-assessment and industry research, including KSB industry days and local/national career fairs. Students are equipped with a toolkit (personal pitch, targeted resumes/cover letters, interview content, networking plan, etc.) to execute a successful outreach campaign emphasizing personal brand for their internship searches. May be taken pass/fail only. Prerequisite: admission to full-time MBA program.
