To measure, monitor, and maximize the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of mental health treatment, substance abuse programs, and other human services, concrete strategies are presented for collecting, analyzing, presenting and using data on resources, procedures, processes, and outcomes. Readings are augmented with case studies and findings from evaluations by the faculty and students. Usually offered every spring. Prerequisite: PSYC-105  and STAT-202  or STAT-203 , or graduate standing, or permission of instructor.
