Topics vary by section, may be repeated for credit with different topic. Analysis of policy formation and implementation; different theories on the role of government in society; the science of program evaluation. Topics vary, but the course concentrates on the design of research and critical examination of works in the field. Usually offered every term. Restriction: PhD program.
