SIS-804 Social Theory in Comparative and International Perspective (3)

This course explores theories of social structure, human agency, and power that inform enduring questions of social cohesion: how societies form, hold together, and fall apart. Students consider classical authors, historical approaches, and new theories. Attention is given to the extent to which social theory enriches knowledge of International Relations.
