KSB-613 Strategic Decision Making (3)

This course integrates knowledge of functional areas to formulate and implement strategy in ways that enhance organizational performance. It emphasizes critical thinking by applying frameworks in the analysis and evaluation of organizational decision making. The course places students in real world situations using various tools such as case studies, simulations, and consulting projects.  Prerequisite: ITEC-616  or ITEC-617 , KSB-609  KSB-610  or KSB-612 , and FIN-614 , IBUS-618 , ITEC-618 , MGMT-609 , and MKTG-612 .
