SPEX-630 Client Communications and Professional Consulting (3)

This course provides students with the skills needed to collaborate with global partners and widespread teams and to effectively communicate with internal and external clients. Drawing on real-world case studies, students prepare and document project correspondence, master the art of persuasion, and learn to satisfy clients despite budgetary and methodological restrictions. Grading: A-F only.
