ATEC-624 Digital Instrument Design (3)

This course introduces students to the concepts, history, software, and hardware behind digital musical instruments (DMIs). In the process of creating several different DMIs, students learn how to map available control information to sound synthesis parameters in musically meaningful ways. Crosslist: ATEC-424.
