Measurement and Evaluation (MS)

Offered by the School of Professional & Extended Studies , The Master of Science in Measurement and Evaluation is a fully online program geared toward career-changers and mid-career professionals in technical fields seeking to develop skills in planning, monitoring, and evaluating projects in order to increase the effectiveness of interventions and maximize the impact of limited resources. This degree is multi-disciplinary both in content and orientation. The program emphasizes practical assessment needs in the corporate, non-profit, and governmental spheres for donor-driven projects in sectors including technology, finance, healthcare, and energy, among others. 

Admission to the Program


In addition to meeting the minimum university requirements for graduate study, applicants must have earned an undergraduate bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a satisfactory grade point average.

Applicants whose first language is not English must have a satisfactory score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

Students are admitted to the online Master of Science in Measurement and Evaluation in the fall, spring, and summer terms.
