LIT-350 Literature of Central Europe in the Twentieth Century (3)

Introduces students to the literary interrelations among the various national and ethnic groups of Central Europe including Bohemia, Austria, Germany, and Hungary, and their dependence on Russian and Scandinavian authors. Writers studied include Dostoyevsky, Kafka, Koestler, Kraus, Meyerink, Schnitzler, Werfel, and Zweig.
