Topics vary by section. Rotating topics focus on Russia and/or Eurasia and address issues of ethics in international affairs, human rights and culture, human rights and the media, and political violence. Taught at an international university or AU study center abroad. Repeatable for credit with different topic. Grading: A-F only. Prerequisite: SISU-206 and SISU-270.
