STAT-320 Biostatistics (3)

This course examines how statistical methods are utilized within the fields of biology, medicine, and public health. Advanced statistical methods, including ANOVA, multiple regression, analysis of covariance, survival analysis, and nonparametric methods are discussed, with emphasis on their applicability to public health. AU Core Foundation: Quantitative Literacy I. Usually Offered: spring. Prerequisite: STAT-202 or STAT-203. Restriction: Registration not allowed in both STAT-320 and STAT-302. Note: Students may not receive credit toward a degree for both STAT-320 and STAT-302.
