This course provides students with the skills needed to collaborate with global partners and widespread teams and to effectively communicate with internal and external clients. Drawing on real-world case studies, students prepare and document project correspondence, master the art of persuasion, and learn to satisfy clients despite budgetary and methodological restrictions.
