PUAD-662 Applied Research Methods: Quantitative (1.5)

Using cases, exercises, experiential learning and the Socratic method, this course establishes the essential role of research methods in the professional practice of organization development and change. The course equips students with competencies in quantitative methodologies for data collection, techniques for analysis and interpretation, capabilities for data visualization, and the ability to utilize data feedback to optimize impact for change.
