SIS-685 United States-Russian/Eurasian Security Relations (3)

An intensive reading, research, and discussion seminar focusing on U.S. relations with Russia, its predecessor, and other Eurasian states as an interaction, stressing the security aspects of that interaction. The primary emphasis is on security relations in the postwar period, 1945 to the present. Two subthemes of the seminar are the role of strategic culture and the dynamics of threats.
