HCS-635 Healthcare Project Management (3)

This course focuses on developing the project management skills needed to improve healthcare delivery and performance. It teaches methodologies best suited for healthcare projects and includes experiential activities and case studies that allow students an opportunity for practical application. This course looks at all stages of project management with a healthcare lens and includes defining project requirements, building detailed plans, keeping projects on schedule and budget, motivating teams and resolving conflicts and presenting statistics and reports.
