This course examines advocacy communication campaigns that use digital strategies and techniques. Students explore how social media, mobile technology, and online activist tools raise awareness for causes, candidates, and issues; analyze campaigns within the context of digital communication theories; and consider the impact of technology on grassroots advocacy.
