EDU-649 Nonformal Education for Transformational Change (3)

An examination of the role of nonformal education in the economic, social, and political development of societies and transformational change globally. This course overviews out-of-school programs in education, literacy, health, family planning, agriculture, nutrition, and community development. Case materials from several countries are used to study the issues and techniques involved in nonformal education. Grading: A-F only.
