In this interactive course, students discuss ethical leadership, decision making, strategic communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, change and crisis management, and leading multicultural workforces. Students have an opportunity to gain insight into their leadership strengths; challenges that may be impeding their professional effectiveness; and ways of creating leadership impact.
