DNCE-217 Street and Club Dance II (2)

Builds on the foundations of dance styles such as breaking, hip-hop, house, locking, popping, and waacking. The course investigates dance styles through community and cultural connection, creative expression, and freestyle. Course work includes movement, readings, videos, and other assignments to contextualize the styles. Crosslist: DNCE-209. Repeatable for credit. Prerequisite: DNCE-117.
