The Office of Professional Studies (OPS) offers specialized online graduate educational programs and courses to meet the needs of professional students. Through a combination of synchronous and asynchronous instruction and immersive academic curricula, students gain new skills and ways of thinking for innovative learning, personal growth, and career redesign.
OPS’ innovative programs are built around core job skills that can advance technical knowledge and translate across professions and subject areas and include innovative, cross-disciplinary master’s degrees, credit-bearing, and non-credit professional certificates and credentials.
Through corporate, university and non-profit partnerships, OPS also develops customized training programs to meet the specific needs of business, industry, organizations, and government agencies. Our programs are led by experienced, highly qualified and talented faculty, including scholar-teachers and leading practitioners, and offer an extensive database of thousands of internship employers to support learners’ intellectual and career growth.
The Office of Professional Studies is treated as an academic unit within the Office of Graduate and Professional Studies and is under the leadership of the Dean of Graduate and Professional Studies.
