American University Honors Program
|
|
The American University Honors Program admits students from all majors to learn advanced, 21st-century skills in research, communication, and innovation. This intensive program offers a new approach to liberal arts education by focusing on integrative, interdisciplinary research or problem-based learning through a variety of small, seminar-style course offerings. Students apply their training through two research opportunities: a Challenge Course in which they form teams to complete a collaborative project and; a senior capstone, which may be completed in their major.
