Offered by the School of Professional & Extended Studies , the Human Resource Analytics and Management (MS) is a fully online, 30-credit hour degree program geared toward mid-career professionals. This program equips students with the skills needed to analyze and apply data gathered from human resource information technologies, enhancing organizational effectiveness. It is designed for students pursuing new or advanced careers in a field that is rapidly changing and growing due to the influence of emerging technologies and data analytics. The curriculum’s relevance and applicability to the workplace has been ensured by an advisory council of professionals in the human resource industry. Students taking two courses per semester may complete the program in 20 months.

Admission to the Program
In addition to meeting the minimum university requirements for graduate study, applicants must have earned an undergraduate bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a satisfactory grade point average. Applicants whose first language is not English must have a satisfactory score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Students are admitted to the Human Resource Analytics and Management (MS) program in the fall, spring, and summer terms. SPEX Core (9 credit hours)
