Offered by the Kogod School of Business , the Analytics (Graduate Certificate) is designed to provide basic knowledge and skills needed to analyze and utilize data to solve business problems.

Admission to the Program
Open to students with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a U.S. regionally accredited institution or a degree equivalent to a four-year U.S. baccalaureate degree from an international institution with a similar level of accreditation or recognition by its home country. Applicants must have a satisfactory grade point average and, for those whose first language is not English, an acceptable score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) exam. Students are admitted to the Analytics (Graduate Certificate) program for either the October, January, April, or July start dates of the four-term calendar, or the fall, spring, or summer start dates of the on-campus programs semester calendar. Not eligible for F-1 or J-1 visa sponsorship. Certificate Requirements
- 12 credit hours of approved coursework with grades of B or better. Grades of B- or lower in this certificate program’s courses are not accepted toward fulfillment of certificate requirements, although these grades are included in the calculation of the GPA. Students must have at least a 3.0 GPA in certificate courses in order to be awarded a certificate. Students must complete at least 6 credit hours during each 12-month period. Students must complete the certificate within four years
- Students must have knowledge and understanding of R programming language to complete this certificate. Students who do not have proficiency in R must take a workshop offered by the Department of Information Technology and Analytics in the Kogod School of Business, either before or concurrently with ITEC-610 Applied Managerial Statistics (3)
