Minor Requirements

18 credit hours with grades of C or better, a minimum of 12 credit hours at or above 300-level, and at least 12 credit hours unique to the minor

LIT-107 Creative Writing Across Genres FA1 (3)

Creative Writing Workshops (9 credit hours)

Complete 9 credit hours from the following:

Note: Any workshop in each genre can be taken up to two times.

LIT-400 Creative Writing: Fiction (3) (may be repeated for credit once)
LIT-401 Creative Writing: Poetry (3) (may be repeated for credit once)
LIT-403 Creative Writing: Nonfiction (3) (may be repeated for credit once)

200-Level Elective (3 credit hours)

Complete 3 credit hours from the following, or other 200-level LIT course:

Upper-Level Elective (3 credit hours)

Complete 3 credit hours from the following, or other LIT course at or above 300-level approved by program director:
