Minor Requirements

  • 21 credit hours with grades of C or better, a minimum of 12 credit hours at or above 300-level, and at least 12 credit hours unique to the minor

Course Requirements

Foundation (3 credit hours)

Complete 3 credit hours from the following:

Social Theory (3 credit hours)

Research Methods (3 credit hours)

Complete 3 credit hours from the following, or other approved research methods course:

Electives (12 credit hours)

  • 12 credit hours from SOCY  coursework, with no more than 6 credit hours at 100- or 200-level
