Offered by the Office of Global & Immersive Studies , the Abroad at AU program is AU’s study abroad program for international undergraduate students who wish to study in the capital of the United States for a semester or full academic year. This program offers a unique opportunity for these students to attend regular AU classes, campus activities and experiences throughout Washington, D.C. alongside their U.S. classmates. Every year students from around the globe choose American University as their study abroad destination, joining the hundreds of students from diverse cultures and societies that make up AU’s global campus.
