Real Estate (Minor)

Offered by the Kogod School of Business , the Real Estate (Minor) is designed to provide students with an understanding of real estate fundamentals. The minor provides comprehensive coverage of both residential and commercial real estate. Through case studies and applied projects, students gain a deep understanding of how to apply the concepts learned to real-life situations and of the opportunities in the real estate industry.

Admission to the Program

Not open to Business Administration (BSBA) students.

Minor Requirements

18 credit hours with grades of C or better, a minimum of 9 credit hours at or above 300-level, and at least 12 credit hours unique to the minor
