Offered by the Kogod School of Business , the Management (MS) is a flexible degree program that provides basic management knowledge and skills plus an ability to explore the field of management either more broadly across functional management disciplines or in more depth within a single discipline. This program is intended to be designed in advance for fixed groups of students, typically employees of institutional clients. Individualized programs consistent with the requirements below may be tailored to the interests and circumstances of particular groups of students. However, the courses composing each program must be approved by the Educational Policy Committee (EPC) and the Faculty of the Kogod School of Business.

Admission to the Program
Applicants must meet the minimum university requirements for graduate study. Applicants whose first language is not English must have a satisfactory score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Degree Requirements
- 30 credit hours of approved graduate work
- Capstone Experience: 3 credit hours from approved capstone experience
- Specializations: Determined and approved in advance by the Kogod School of Business for fixed groups of students
Business Fundamentals (15 credit hours)
Specialization or Electives (12 credit hours)
- 12 credit hours subject to approval by the KSB Office of Graduate Programs, and to successful completion of prerequisite requirements for individual courses, selected from the range of graduate business courses offered by the Kogod School of Business
Capstone (3 credit hours)
- 3 credit hours from approved capstone experience
