CHIN-450 Advanced Chinese Topics (3)

Topics vary by section. Topics taught in Chinese examine the historical, economic, political, or cultural aspects of society in China or Chinese-speaking communities. Topics include Chinese media and political translation, Chinese business translation, modern Chinese through popular culture, and modern China through fiction and film. Usually Offered: fall and spring. Repeatable for credit with different topic. Prerequisite: CHIN-313. Note: Language of instruction: Chinese.
