COMM-389 Storytelling for Changemakers Experience (3)

Using a design-thinking approach, students work with a real-world client to devise innovative solutions to complex problems and opportunities through strategic storytelling. The cohort amplifies messages related to public health, racial inequity, food insecurity, climate change, and other topics, effecting change on behalf of organizations that share these missions and values. Students receive leadership training as part of the course. Usually Offered: fall and spring. Grading: A-F only. Restriction: SOC majors. Permission: instructor.
