ITEC-641 Global Collaborative Technology and Virtual Teams (1.5)

Information technology has enabled astonishing communication, but working over distance can also create problems. Operating in virtual teams is a required competency for today’s manager. This course covers the conceptual, practical, and technological components of building and managing these virtual teams. Theoretical and behavioral research informs learning and students gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art collaborative technologies.
