Current methods for developing information technology (IT) systems and software with an emphasis on teamwork. The course covers the planning and development of IT projects including: tools for systems development, conceptualizing and initiating IT projects, project and development processes, the human side of project management, risk analysis and management, defining and managing project scope, quality management, systems modeling, design concepts, and system testing, deployment, and maintenance.
