Topics vary by section, may be repeated for credit with different topic. Topics include the study of a stylistic area such as orchestral, chamber, opera, American, folk, and twentieth-century music, or specific studies in analysis, technique, performance practices, music philosophy, and aesthetic theory. Meets with PERF-435. Usually offered every spring.
