Topics vary by section, may be repeated for credit with different topic. Courses taught in Spanish on such topics as: Latin American film, Mexican-U.S. border, urban cultures in Latin America, indigenous people of Latin America, Hispanics in the United States, Caribbean cultures, and the Latin American short story. Meets with SPAN-456. Usually offered every term. Note: Two years of college Spanish or equivalent required.
