Topics vary by section, may be repeated for credit with different topic. Offered through AU Abroad at the Turkana Basin Institute (TBI), Turkana, Kenya. Students attend lectures at TBI and conduct research and fieldwork in the Turkana basin. Topics includes paleoanthropology, archaeology, and human evolution as influenced by evidence uncovered in East Africa.
