Agile Project Management (MS)

Offered by the School of Professional & Extended Studies , the Master of Science in Agile Project Management is a fully online program geared toward mid-career professionals. This program equips students with the skills needed to apply Agile methodology to manage projects and lead teams that enhance an organization’s effectiveness. It has been designed to attract students interested in pursuing new or advanced careers in any field where they need to develop innovative solutions by using an iterative and incremental project management approach that empowers project teams through collaboration. The program could be completed in 24 months by students taking two courses per semester. An advisory council of IT and project management professionals were recruited and has provided input into the curriculum to ensure that it is relevant and applicable to the workplace.

Admission to the Program
In addition to meeting the minimum university requirements for graduate study, applicants must have earned an undergraduate bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a satisfactory grade point average.
Applicants whose first language is not English must have a satisfactory score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
Students are admitted to the Agile Project Management program in the fall, spring, and summer terms.
